On State Street, a wide range of live music and organic food can be enjoyed at the Ukiah Brewing Company, a brew pub next to the county courthouse located in the heart of Historic Downtown. It was one of the nation’s first certified organic brewpub/restaurant in 2001. The menu reflects the eclectic American taste for everything from ravioli and bison burgers to wild seafood and primo pizzas. The brewpub prides itself on using the freshest organic ingredients possible, which in-turn produces the freshest, best-tasting beer attainable. A variety of ales and lagers, including stout, porter and India pale ale are brewed with organic barley at the brewery.
