California's Wild Edge: The Coast In Prints, Poetry And History ( 10:00 am - 4:30 pm )

This is the new exhibit being shown at Grace Hudson Museum.  California's Wild Edge: The Coast in Prints, Poetry and History.  It captures the beauty of the California shoreline from Mendocino to Santa Monica.  Woodcut artist, Tom Killion's prints combine exquisite color with dynamic composition to portray the coast's ever-changing moods and diverse formations.  Deepening the experience are poetry and  prose from Gary Snyder and other well-known California writers of the past and present.  This exhibit will be at the Museum until October 8, 2017.  Check online for Museum hours. http://www.gracehudsonmuseum.org

About Visit Ukiah

The Visit Ukiah Program is spreading the news about the Ukiah Valley. Funded by the lodging tax from local hotels and managed by a seven member advisory group with local representatives from the retail, wine, hotel, tourism, and art sectors, the program is responsible for marketing Ukiah as a destination for leisure vacations and business meetings to improve the City’s tax base and grow Ukiah’s stock in the State’s tourism industry.
